They are absolutely amazing. The receptionist was very kind and oatient from the second we called in duress to walking in to our appointment frantic. She remained calm and patient with us. She showed alot professionalism and most importantly comoassion . They took such great care of our Rosie. Dr Brittney was extremely thorough all while having amazing bedside in explaining to us what was going on with our dog and calming our nerves. August was so sweet to Rosie and did an amazing job handling her. She was nervous as was we were as her owners.August and the staff that was assisting her made her feel so comfortable that you couldn’t even tell that she was sick anymore after they brought her back from Xray. I’m so thankful that we found them.

I decided to give Pet Health Center a try after years of going to another vet office and never seeing the same doctor twice, and I fell in love!!! Dr. Chris, Dr. Brittany and their entire staff are awesome!!! You can see their love for animals, and they don’t just get to know your fur babies…they take the time to actually get to know you as a person. My husband recently had open heart surgery and my puppies were spayed about a month later. When I went to take the puppies in for their blood work, almost everyone I encountered there asked me how my husband was doing. To me…that is valued more than words can describe. They also called and texted the first few days after the spay to check on my girls! I would recommend them to anyone with a fur baby. I won’t take mine to anyone else!!!

Dr. Chris and Mandy take great care in both of our Labs. This was our first time seeing Dr. Chris, as he is new to this location. I have never had a vet truly take the time that he did to complete a full check-up on both of our dogs. The dedication and care are very much appreciated.

We had recently had a terrible experience with our old Vet so we were looking for a new Vet for our cats and someone recommended the Pet Health Center. We had such an amazing experience. Everything from the phone call to schedule the first appointment, to the actual treatment of our animal and how we humans were treated was so warm and welcoming and I felt so safe leaving my little old man cat in their care. August was especially great with us! She took photos of my cat after he came out of surgery so I could see he was doing well! Best of all I was allowed in with my pet and didn’t have to handle my pet care like a drive-through fast food place. My cat has anxiety and needs me to be with him for as much as I can be and they understood that. We all wore masks and the place was very clean and sanitary. All around great experience and I highly recommend it!

Dr Chris was very efficient and gave Charlie his most thorough exam. He gave us good information on all concerns – and did not rush us in any way. His technician, Sam, did a great job and made Charlie feel so much more relaxed- which we’re sure helped the doctor. All in all, we came away feeling good about the visit. Would recommend them to anyone with pets.

When we moved down here, we left behind a vet family that we loved! It was a very hard transition and we actually drove the 4 hour round trip back home for a few pet care visits. Our daughter recommended Pet Health Center….we’ve gone through some changes with them and are extremely happy with them all. Dr. Chris and Dr. Brittany are so kind, gentle, and thorough and all the techs and front staff are amazing. Very kind on the phone and work to get us in when we need them. August and I love talking about purses even 😂😂😂.
I would highly recommend this office for anyone who wants a family-style pet health office.
