What to expect for your appointment

Pet Health Center is committed to providing your pet with the best experience before, during and after your appointment. Here’s what to bring and to expect at your next visit!

What to bring:

  • Your cute pups and purritos (aka cats)
  • An empty stomach! We give LOTS of treats to make a positive experience and coming hungry only helps!
  • A fresh fecal sample. We recommend a fecal sample on all new puppies and kittens as well as annual wellness exams. Here are some tips for collecting a sample at home.
  • A urine sample for pets over 7 years for routine screening and for any pets having urinary issues. Here are some tips for collecting a sample at home.
  • Any previous records so that we can correctly update your pet’s file.
  • Last but not least, text us a picture of your pet so we can upload it to their file! 😀

Checking in:

  • Please arrive for your appointment 10-15 minutes early so we can get all the necessary paperwork filled out and check your pet in.
  • Doggos: We will weigh on the scale in the front lobby.
  • Purriots: We will weigh in the rooms on a smaller scale.
  • All cats need to be in a carrier and all dogs must be on leashes. If you are in need of any of these items let us know and we can provide one for you.
